Buying a home is AWESOME!!

I'm in the process of purchasing my very first home and I have to say it's amazing! As the coordinator of the Meridian Sales Center, I work with people in my very situation on a daily basis and always thought I could relate to what they were feeling...but I couldn't until now.

Going through this process has been a little stressful trying to get all of our ducks in a row and of course hoping that no one else would submit an offer on MY NEW HOME! Luckily it's been accepted and my husband has already talked about how we're going to decorate...what's gotten into him? Oh yes, knowing that we're absolutely making the right choice.

I can't believe how great of a home we're buying for such a great price, the extremely LOW interest rate we're getting, and on top of it all, getting to file for my $8,000 tax credit!

I'm SO excited to be going through this process and I'm even more excited now that I know how my buyers feel to help them get into their fabulous new homes!! Oh and did I mention I can't wait to be my own landlord?
