We just posted our first listing on Zillow.com! I've been hearing that it's THE website for buyers to search for available homes so I thought we'd try it out. I will be posting a few random homes throughout our communities to see if we get any feedback or calls through the site. If I had more time, I'd list all of our homes! But unfortunately there's not enough time in the day.

Sold a Home in Silverleaf

Yahoo! We just sold the Huntington in Silverleaf to the cutest couple. Super Yahoo! We are having a Fabulous Day at CBH and I hope everyone is too....... plus the sun is out so how can you not be happy!! :)

Good morning!! We, at CBH, have the opportunity to work with such amazing people and one of them is our VP, Ronda Conger. She is always pushing us to constantly learn, and it never fails that no matter what she has to tackle each day like the chicken pox, her crazy schedule and even on holidays, she sends out a "Quote For the Day." I am going to start posting them here each day because they are goooooooooood and we can all become better people by reading and applying to our lives.

It's my first time blogging so bare with me on this one!! Yahoo... It's the first (actually 3rd) of the month and we have had some fabulous price reductions and new home starts. Gotta love our Crazy Builder. Did I mention that we have had some pretty fabulous weather. I should know because I spent my day off pulling weeds and playing with the doggies.
