Energy Star Homes

Meeting the requirements to display the Energy Star seal is not so easy. A home has to meet strict guidelines and then be independently verified. Homes that rate a minimum of 86 points are 30% more energy efficient than homes that are not certified. CBH Homes is qualified to build Energy Star homes and will continue to add more Energy Star certified homes to its roster of high-quality, affordable homes.
